  • Delivery Partners: We offer next day deliveries by DPD next day , EVRI tracked and Amazon shipping.
  • Service Areas: We deliver across UK (some products are non deliverable outside the UK mainland e.g. Rattan chair set which comes in a cargo pallets) 

Free Standard Delivery:

  • Time: 2 days 
  • Cost: Free for orders over £4.99
  • Coverage: UK-wide

Next-Day Delivery:

  • Time: Available for orders placed before 1 PM
  • Cost: £1.99

Tracking and Notifications:

  • Tracking: Customers receive a tracking number via email once the products are shipped.
  • Notifications: Email updates at each stage (order confirmation, dispatch, out for delivery, delivered)

International Shipping: Not Available


Packaging and Handling:

  • Packaging Materials: We use amazon standard packaging to deliver all products to your door step.
  • Handling Fees: No additional handling charges.

Additional Services:

  • Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping is currently available upon request
  • Special Handling: None of the product we sell currently require any special handling services however if deemed fragile items will be labelled as Fragile on the packaging and it will arrive safely to you.
