Solo Explorer Aluminium Frame Suitcases
Solo Explorer is built around a detail most suitcases overlook: the zip. A zip-less aluminium frame closure means there’s no zipper to force, no pull tab to break and no single weak point for someone to exploit at the carousel. Combined with dual TSA-approved locks, it’s the most secure hard shell suitcase in the Lugg range by some distance.
The polycarbonate shell reinforced with an aluminium frame keeps the case rigid and structured across repeated trips, while a protective cover ships with every piece to guard against dust and scuffs in transit. Inside, dual compartments with zipped dividers and compression straps on both sides keep everything organised on the way there and intact on the way back. The 24 inch medium holds 66 litres, enough for a week away with room to spare. The 28 inch large opens up to 106 litres for longer trips.
