Polycarbonate, used in the Air Glide range, flexes slightly under impact rather than cracking, making it the better choice for frequent travellers who put their luggage through repeated use. Air Glide starts from under 3kg at medium size, making it the lightest hard shell suitcase in the Lugg range. Best for: frequent flyers and anyone prioritising carry weight. For the most refined finish, the Solo Explorer combines aluminium and polycarbonate for a hard case that is as considered as it is durable. Best for: travellers where appearance on arrival matters as much as protection.
