A successful shopping experience.
My daughter requested this suitcase as a birthday gift, as she has now started travelling quite often and has discovered the benefit of a smaller suitcase that fits in overhead lockers. Whilst it hasn't had its first journey yet, my daughter is very happy with it and is looking forward to (hopefully) many happy travels.

Order cabin suitcase and it’s nearly going to be two weeks and I still haven’t received my delivery, paid for next day delivery too. Really disappointed as I need one for my work trip and was hoping they would have at least delivered it with 5 working days. They provided me with a tracking but the last update on it was the courier waiting to receive the package.
